Website Terms and Conditions of Entry – #RecycleWithMondo Selfie Competition Thursday 2nd July 2015 at Market Square Geelong Victoria

  1. Information on how to claim prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All entrants are required to meet the entry criteria outlined in Terms and Conditions.
  2. This promotion is only open to Victorian residents, 13 years of age or older. If the entrant is 18 years or younger, they must have permission to enter the competition from their parent or legal guardian.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter (Market Square Shopping Centre Management and SCR Group) associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  4. Prize winners will have the prize awarded to them on Thursday July 2nd
  5. Entry is by taking a selfie with Mondo and posting it onto Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram with the hashtag, #RecycleWithMondo.
  6. Social Media accounts used to post the selfies must be owned by the entrant.
  7. By posting a selfie and using the hashtag #RecycleWithMondo, entrants are giving the promoters permission to post these photos on social media accounts controlled by Market Square Shopping Centre and Southern Cross Recycling. Sharing of these photos are only for promotional use and will not be distributed anywhere else.
  8. Parents who post photos of their children under the age of 18 are aware that their photos will appear on social media accounts available for public access.
  9. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  10. Promotion commences 2 July 2015 at 9am and closes 5pm on 2 July 2015.
  11. The winners will be determined based on best selfie photo determined by a nominated judge in the SCR Group marketing team on the 2 July 2015 at 5pm, on SCR Group and Market Square’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts and notified on the same day via their social media account. If a winner cannot be notified, or does not respond by close of business on 6 July 2015, a new winner will be drawn and notified on 7 July 2015.
  12. There are two (2) prizes, as outlined:
    1. Family Pass to one of the following: Werribee Open Range Zoo/Melbourne Zoo/ Jirranjlinga Koala and Wildlife Sanctuary. The winner can select their choice. Value up to $88.40
    2. Family Pass to Village Cinemas Geelong (194/200 Ryrie St, Geelong VIC 3220). Value up to $36
  13. Total prize pool valued at $124.40.
  14. Family passes can be collected from Market Square Centre Management on Tuesday 7th July 2015 during centre trading hours after valid forms of identification have been shown.
  • Upon entering the promotion, each entrant releases Facebook from any responsibility, liability or damage arising out of the promotion and acknowledges that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
  1. Winner’s names will be published on the Market Square website and other social media outlets operated by Market Square Shopping Centre at the discretion of the promoter (Market Square) as well as similar sites run by SCR Group.
  2. Winners agree that photos may be taken for promotional use at the discretion of Market Square Shopping Centre for the use of promotion.
  3. Prize must be collected from Market Square Centre Management during Centre Management trade hours within a fortnight of winning the prize.
  4. Failure to use the prize within its validity period forfeits the prize and the promoter or its associated agencies take no responsibility for loss, damage or unused prizes.
  5. If the winner is unable to comply with the competition’s terms and conditions, then they forfeit the prize.
  6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or sold.
  7. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to disqualify any entrant.
  8. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or (f) use of the offer.
  9. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion, and will not disclose details, other than the winners names, to third parties.
