Founder and Managing Director

Chris Todorovski

Chris formed SCR Group in 2008 and is dedicated to reducing unwanted and reusable materials ending up in landfill.

He is equally proud of the jobs SCR Group has created for people with disabilities and at risk youth to collect clothing and homewares from SCR Group drop-off  hubs and its partners.

Chris holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business (Accounting and Marketing).

”I am grateful that I have been given the opportunity to make a difference in our world by saving Australia’s unwanted clothing from landfill and finding new markets locally and internationally and by helping people, particularly those who have been less fortunate in life, through creating employment opportunities and building livelihoods.

I see the future for SCR Group as continuing to expand the range of unwanted items that can be collected for reuse and recycling and to partner with social enterprises to improve local and global communities”.

In the process, we save resources and make available to the community convenient clothing and household goods collection services, as well as significantly reduce landfill costs for councils.
